Order Preparation Times
At UNILOVELY, every order is carefully checked before shipment to ensure the product meets our quality standards.
Wigs: Usually ready to ship within 2 business days.
Hair Extensions: Made to order and usually require 4–5 business days for production and quality check before shipment.
1. Processing & Production Time
Wigs
Wig orders are usually processed, quality checked, and shipped within 2 business days after your order is placed.
Hair Extensions
Hair extensions, including halo extensions, clip-in extensions, tape-in extensions, and ponytail extensions, are made to order based on your selected color, length, and volume.
Please allow 4–5 business days for production and quality check before your hair extension order is shipped.
Please note: Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.
2. Estimated Shipping Time
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email. Delivery time begins once the package has been dispatched.

3. Estimated Total Delivery Time
Your total delivery time includes both preparation time and shipping time.
For wig orders:
2 business days processing + estimated shipping time.
For hair extension orders:
4–5 business days production & quality check + estimated shipping time.
For example, if you order hair extensions for delivery to the United States, the estimated total time is usually around 9–13 business days, including production and shipping.
4. Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
Please allow some time for the tracking information to update after the package is dispatched.
5. Customs, Duties & Taxes
We aim to provide a smooth international shopping experience. In most cases, the price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
However, customs policies may vary by country or region. If any additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees are charged by your local authorities, they are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.
If you notice an address error, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help before the order ships, but we cannot guarantee address changes once the package has been dispatched.
7. Delayed or Lost Packages
While most packages arrive within the estimated delivery window, delays may occasionally happen due to customs, local carriers, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside our control.
If your tracking has not updated for an unusual amount of time, please contact us and we will help you check the shipment status.
