1. Wigs
We accept returns for eligible wig products within 14 days after delivery.
To be eligible for a return, the wig must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- Uncut
- Unstyled
- Free from perfume, hair products, smoke, or any signs of use
- In its original packaging with all tags, lace, accessories, and packaging materials included
Items that show signs of wear, alteration, styling, or damage caused after delivery will not be eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
2. Hair Extensions
Important: All hair extensions are made to order based on your selected color, length, and volume.
All hair extensions, including halo extensions, clip-in extensions, tape-in extensions, and ponytail extensions, are made-to-order custom products.
Because each hair extension order is custom made for your chosen specifications, hair extensions are final sale once production has started or the order has shipped.
Hair extensions cannot be returned or exchanged due to:
- Choosing the wrong color
- Choosing the wrong length
- Choosing the wrong volume
- A change of mind
- The color not matching your hair as expected
- The item no longer being needed after production or shipment
3. 24-Hour Change or Cancellation Window for Hair Extensions
If you need to change or cancel a hair extension order, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
During this 24-hour window, we may be able to stop production and help you change the color, length, or volume of your order.
After 24 hours, your order may already be in production. Once production has started, we are unable to guarantee any changes, cancellations, returns, or exchanges.
4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the item
- Photos of the packaging
- A short description of the issue
If the issue is confirmed, we will work with you to provide a suitable solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.
Please note that color differences caused by screen settings, lighting, photography, or monitor display are not considered defects.
5. Return Approval Required
Please contact us before sending any item back.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions by email or WhatsApp.
6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:
- Hair extensions once production has started or once the order has shipped
- Used, worn, washed, cut, colored, styled, or altered items
- Items with removed tags, lace, or original packaging
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards
- Accessories for hygiene reasons, unless defective or incorrect
7. Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
8. Exchanges
For eligible wig products, exchanges may be reviewed if the item is unused, unaltered, and returned in its original condition.
For hair extensions, exchanges are only available within the 24-hour change window before production begins. Once production has started or the order has shipped, hair extensions cannot be exchanged unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
