 - How long do hair extensions & wigs last?

This will vary from person to person and how well the Hair Extensions are cared for. Our Premium Synthetic Hair Extensions are better suited for occasional or weekend wear, with a typical lifespan of 3-6 months. With our 100% Human Hair, you can expect a greater longevity, appropriate storage and aftercare will extend the lifespan of your extensions.

 - Can I dye hair extensions and wigs?

For synthetic hair extensions/wigs:  
Our products are engineered with fiber technology, which is incompatible with traditional hair dyes or toners. Attempting to color these fibers may compromise their integrity and often fails to achieve desired results.  

For human hair extensions/wigs:  
While our 100% Grade A Remy human hair extensions can technically be colored with professional dyes/toners, please be aware that any coloring process is performed at your own risk. This action voids return eligibility, and we cannot guarantee color accuracy due to variations in third-party products.

 - Can I use heat on my hair extensions & wigs?

All of our Synthetic Hair Extensions are pre-styled and ready to wear for your convenience, however if you wanted to tweak the style you can! Heat can be applied using Straighteners up to 180 degrees. We don’t recommend using any heat styling tool which exceed this temperature, as it will damage the delicate fibres. To curl the hair, Ceramic Heated Rollers can be applied to small sections of the hair extensions. Ensure that you leave these to set in the hair for around 30-45 mins (perfect to do whilst doing your make-up!) Once they have completely cooled, gently remove the rollers from the hair to reveal soft, bouncy curls!

 - Can I cut the hair extensions & wigs?

If you find that the Hair Extensions are a little too long - they can of course be trimmed shorter to your desired length. We find that if you brush the hair extensions through and lay them on a flat surface, by using a comb you can measure an equal length across. You don't need to use professional hairdressing scissors if you don't have these. A lot of our UNILOVELY girls and customers trim their Hair Extensions to achieve a much more natural looking length and finish. We also find that by trimming the hair shorter, they appear much thicker at the ends this way too!

 - What happens when I place my order?

Thanks for shopping with us and for being a UNILOVELY babe! Once your order has been successfully placed, you will be given an order number. A confirmation email will be sent to the e-mail address provided during checkout with your order details. (Keep an eye on your spam/junk folder for this too, as sometimes the email is sent here!) A further email with tracking number will then be sent as soon as your pretty parcel full of UNILOVELY goodies has left our warehouse and is whizzed on its way to you in the post!

 - My order hasn’t arrived?

Delivery times can vary depending on the shipping method selected at checkout, and your location. Standard Delivery orders typically take between 7-15 working days to arrive. However in the unlikely event that your order has not arrived after 15 working days* - Please reach out to us on info@unilovely.com and we can look into this further for you!

 - I’ve changed my mind, can I cancel my order?

We’re confident that you will love your purchase, but if for any reason you decide you no longer wish to keep your order – be sure to let our girls know ASAP via info@unilovely.com and we can arrange for a cancellation and full refund (providing your order has not already been dispatched).

- Return Policy

Due to the cosmetic nature of the products we sell, we abide by a strict hygiene policy which all customers must abide to in the event that they wish to return their order. More details on our policy can be found at Shipping Policy

 - I returned an item but haven’t received a refund?

All refunds are processed within 2 working days of receipt, once your item(s) have been quality checked. Dependent on your card issuer, the refund may take a further few days to allocate as a recent transaction on your online banking or statement. Feel free to drop us an email at info@unilovely.com if your refund has not been received after 7 working days.

 - Delivery fees

Wherever you are in the world, we offer a range of delivery options to suit!

At UNI-LOVELY we offer free international shipping with orders above $40.

 - My tracking number doesn’t work, help!

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation e-mail with a link to track your parcel on the Track Your Order. Tracking details usually become available after 24 hours (once the parcel has been scanned) so don't worry too much if details aren't immediately available. If for any reason your tracking number is showing as 'incorrect' - reach out to our team on info@unilovely.com and we can look into this further for you!
